Souvenirs from earth would like to explore these new possibilities generating in the same time a global consciousness of grace and fragility of life on planet Earth. We collect glimpses of every day life, "souvenirs from the earth", to be used in a darker future by a couple of people that escaped our planet before it collapsed.
This hypothesis allows us to build up an artificial distance and get a better view on the very simple things of our life.
We do not want to draw any line between "ambient " and "art". Finally time decides which are the works that are really significant and this is not always what is officially packaged as art today. A clearly decorative and even therapeutic approach like Matisse's who compared his work to a large comfortable chair* was the base for some of the most important art-works of all the time.
